The company passed the certification of quality management system IRIS (Rev.2) for the rail transit field in 2012. All the links strictly comply with the system requirements and are improved continuously, including the design, R&D, production, sales and after-sales services. HQI firstly passed IRIS rail transit quality management system in 2012. Meanwhile, HQI established and passed CMMI3, ITSS, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, system integration level II qualification and other certifications in combination with our own development needs. In 2018, obtained the first SIL2 safety integrity level certification which was authorized by CNAS and DAKKS , covering the most complete safety function. 2019, obtained TSI certification with reference to the standard of TSI1300/1302, etc.These international high standards are the guarantee of high quality products.

RAMS is an abbreviation of “Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety”. The RAMS system means that the reliability prediction, reliability distribution, reliability modeling, reliability testing, failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), root cause analysis (RCA), failure report, analysis and corrective measures are needed in the whole product lifecycle from planning to scraping, in order to ensure the product reliability. By means of RAMS management, the system conformity to customer requirements will be ensured, and the safety, customer service and efficiency requirements will be met at the lowest cost.

In order to ensure high reliability of products, the company has developed and implemented a series of reliability protection programs, such as RAMS, EMC testing, environmental testing and FRACAS closed-loop management. The company has set up the EMC and environmental testing laboratory and carried out a variety of simulation tests in the R&D process, thus ensuring the product quality. In order to further improve the internal work efficiency, product quality and overall competitiveness, the company plans to implement and carry out the CMMI, agile development and new ITR end-to-end rapid processing process.

Introduce the ISO27001 information security system and ensure the information security of equipment, personnel, and departments through a series of security management systems; fully and securely deploy a unified encryption software system to achieve encrypted flow and tracking of data files throughout the process; and fully guarantee the information security of the company by the construction of the information security management system and product process security management system.
